Please note that orders will be dispatched Monday – Friday and deliveries will be made from Monday – Friday between 9 am and 6 pm. Shipping times should be used as a guide, and exact times will be confirmed upon issue of delivery. We are unable to take responsibility for transit delays or customs clearance issues but will do our best to assist if these problems occur.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Customers outside the EU will be responsible for all import duties and tax charges that may be applied by their local customs office on delivery to their country.Please note that we have no control over these charges so it is not possible to predict their amount. Any Import duty or tax charges are out of our control and will be invoiced to you by DHL directly.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Every year billions of pounds, millions of tonnes of CO2, and millions of hours of work are wasted on clothes that end up being returned. Globally 30-40% of online bought clothes are returned, of this around 25% ends up in the landfill as shops are unable to resell these returns, due to their substandard conditions. We care about the planet and the effort our craftsmen put into the clothes. Therefore we like to keep the amount of returns to a minimum.
Whilst we hope you will love everything that you order from us, we understand that sometimes something isn’t quite right.
If you wish to return an item, please email us at sales@tiscarespadas.com within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. All returns must be authorised by us before sending the item back. Once we have authorised your request, we will email you the return instructions.
Cancellations of pre-orders are only possible if the order has not started the production process yet. Moreover, custom made products cannot be returned.
The item(s) must be returned unused, unwashed, in perfect condition, in their original packaging. and accompanied by its original tags.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately shoes cannot be returned as they are custom made for you.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Tiscar Espadas is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.
